While obviously not sharing this article's views on much of anything, Matthew Rothschild's article from the Progressive magazine is a very good summary of current strategies by such groups as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Human Rights First, Center for Constitutional Rights, etc. to make court cases against Bush administration government officials and senior military officers.
