I am sympathetic and in agreement with  Martha Nussbaum (see Dan's post below) and Eugene Volokh's  arguments (see )  that the single minded focus of academic boycotts on Israel is disturbing both because some of the motivation may be anti-semitic and it ignores egregious violations elsewhere.
