The Alert contains an important note which advises that, should an RRE submit its TPA’s address on the Section 111 NGHP TIN Reference File, all correspondence related to a recovery case will only be sent by the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor (MSPRC) to the TPA. [read post]
