This got me thinking about some of the ways we use technology at Miller &;amp; Zois to make our personal injury trial practice more efficient and successful: Case management- we use a program called TimeMatters for case management. [read post]

District Court of Maryland went to e-filing because I was using my AOL account instead of my Miller & Zois email and AOL viewed the District Court email as spam for some reason. [read post]

Our lawyers at Miller & Zois have found that if you get these old files, sometimes the lawyer will get a copy of an independent examination that was favorable to your client, but was not divulged in discovery since it was "not part of the claim file" of your case. [read post]
