The exception in Goody v Odhams Press Ltd [1966] 1 QB 333, which allows a party to adduce evidence of a criminal conviction to prove a bad reputation, was not applicable in this case, where the previous findings of misconduct against the Claimant had been made in the context of disciplinary rather than judicial proceedings.
