Think again.If a private citizen in Las Vegas had a civil dispute with someone who allegedly owed her $950, I'm sure the police would respond to her concern just as the officers did here; i.e., to tell the individual that unless he repaid the disputed amount, they were going to immediately arrest him and charge him with a felony.
