The Peninsula Virginia law blog posts here that the once (and future) registrar of voters in Williamsburg has hired Jerry Kilgore to sue over his being put on leave and replaced by the electoral board there.Those registrars, starting with Kilgore's mother, have mostly won their lawsuits against electoral boards.
