You can tell this case took a long time to work its way through the criminal justice system because one of the principal issues on appeal is whether it was permissible to introduce the alleged gang member defendant's MySpace page at his trial.I'm not thinking that there are many "original O.G.'s" with MySpace pages anymore.Even fewer after this opinion.
