  Update #2:Here's a good article about using Voice Commands that lists most of the available commands and how to use them.Update #3:My friend Rick Klau left a comment to this post pointing out that the new iPhone comes with headphones that have a remote control that allows the voice command to work as I described with the $79 headsets.
