CDC has said there is strong evidence the outbreak originated in the Rocky Ford cantaloupe growing region of Southeast Colorado and a headline on the CDC's latest update says the following: "Multistate Outbreak of Listeriosis Linked to Rocky Ford Cantaloupes from Jensen Farms'' Source tracing of the cantaloupes that ill persons ate indicated that they were produced by Jensen Farms and were marketed as being from the Rocky Ford region.
