  As I discussed earlier (A Tale of Two Law Schools: Introduction), the reported reasons for La Verne's denial were: Standard 301 (quality of program, citing Interpretation 301-3;  Standard 303 (continuing enrollment of unqualified students), citing Interpretation 303-3 (academic support); and the lack of progress on La Verne's Bar passage rates.
