 In early November, Scruggs allegedly gave him a check to cover the extra $10,000 along with the same kind of documentation for fake legal services.I have heard an earful from folks in Mississippi today, many on the policyholder side of these cases, who are shocked and steaming at Scruggs, and afraid these allegations will tarnish what they see as a righteous, honorable fight against insurance companies in the Katrina cases.
