Are you aware that a professional trade association which purportedly serves the best interests of plaintiffs rights thinks enough of factoring to include as statement #7 in its proposed standards of professional conduct which states " A settlement planner shall not participate in a structured settlement which restricts the right of (sic) a claimant's right to factor periodic payments in a structured settlement of the type defined.......
