Although the period of the father's incarceration has expired, the appeal from so much of the order as determined that he violated the order of protection is not academic in light of the enduring consequences which may potentially flow from an adjudication that a party has been found to have violated an order of the Family Court (see Matter of Bickwid v Deutsch, 87 [29 A.D.3d 1014] NY2d 862 [1995]; Matter of Cutrone v Cutrone, 225 AD2d 767, 768 [1996]).
