Susannah Tredwell published a tip on Slaw.ca this week  on Citing Case Law and Legislation.Her tip mentions the 9th edition of the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation (AKA "The McGill Guide").The Guide is often seen as the default for Canadian citation practice, but Tredwell lists a series of Canadian courts with "slightly different citation requirements".
