Medicare Inspections Although Kindred Healthcare may be one of the largest chains in the U.S., their Medicare rating leave much to be desired. 6 locations in their home state of Kentucky that are part of the Medicare program, all of them have 2 or less overall ratings, well below average. 7 in California are also all 2 or fewer stars, as are 7 in Wisconsin and 3 in Tennessee.
