Although an exemption is currently enjoyed by professional baseball (Federal Baseball Club of Baltimore v National League 259 U.S. 200 (1922)), the Supreme Court made clear that if given an opportunity to revisit the decision they would not find that professional baseball enjoyed such an exemption.
