Even though it is true that in some schools the teacher has academic freedom, it would be bad if it is the only thing he has.Due to these factors, this investigation project wants to benefit teachers, with the objective of allowing them to participate in the direction of the study plans, the new didactic tools to use, the subjects to analyze and, even more, the freedom to speak about their own jobs.
