In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Michigan Supreme Court vacated the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appellate Commission (WCAC) in Vrooman v Ford Motor Co, No. 142824, and remanded the case to the Board of Magistrates for additional findings of fact and conclusions of law, for the reasons stated in the WCAC dissenting opinion.
