My favorite law-related quote of the day is from this New York Times story about Wendy McCaw, owner and co-publisher of the Santa Barbara News-Press, whose war with current and former staffers of the paper has led her to file a number of legal actions against former reporters, local supporters of the departed staff, and journalists who have written about the brouhaha, and to send out a string of cease-and-desist letters.
