My collaborator, experimental psychologist and law prof Yuval Feldman (Bar-Ilan) and I have launched an empirical study testing the behavior of individuals within complex organizations, looking at how different factors such as agency enforcement, organizational structure and invidual ranks affect the likelihood that an employee will report illegality when witnessed at the workplace.
