There are only 34 heraldic plaques for about 80 men appointed before 1871 Virginia (although some were destroyed in a fire in 1940), and 40 boards for the 60 men nominated later. [read post]

First it found that to justify sentencing only those who committed offenses after August 3rd 2010 it is necessary to apply a sentencing act 0f 1871 and the deciding issue should be the will of Congress in passing the 2010 Act not the 1871 Act. [read post]
