My ex is 55 years old..He voluntarily retired so he could have alimony terminated or modified..When we divorced I was making 800 to 1000 dollars per month..I just have a part time job I am in my middle 50's also..I put him through school,and didn't further my education..He remarried 3 days after divorce..I read where if exwife was cohabitating and had help the modification and or termination could happen.Ex also is acting like his is the only income,he has a new wife who works… [read post]
