According to the April 19, 2010 edition of the Pennsylvania Bar News, a new cover sheet for civil action Complaints is being introduced and required by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to assist in the tracking of cases filed in the courts of common pleas.On February 25, 2010, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order revising the Rules of Civil Procedure to require the filing of the new civil cover sheets beginning on May 25, 2010.
