Discussing the controversy on the  "JOLT Digest" blog of the Harvard Journal of Legal Technology in a post titled "Digest Comment: Determining the Proper Scope of Prior Restraints against Blogs in Defamation Cases," Zhou does a "on the one hand, on the other hand" analysis, but eventually concludes that the Apex order is proper because of the one-sided nature of the sites.
