Frank was in the Bristol paper lately for this article about the thirtieth anniversary of the Surface Mine Reclamation Act, and then again today with an editorial favoring state laws in Virginia to prohibit smoking in public places.Maybe this is payback from Media General for the unfair piece from Jeff Shapiro way back when.
