No deja de tener maldita gracia que un viejo Real Decreto-Ley de los años 80, (Real Decreto 1/86, de 14 de Marzo (BOE del 26) acabó con las viejas “pólizas” ( sello que debía pagar el particular por mover cualquier papel en la Administración) y que pudiera ser que un renovado Real Decreto-Ley so pretexto de las crisis haga resucitar las pólizas, cambiándoles la etiqueta para despistar.    Al igual que el Maestro Fray Luis de León a su vuelta a las aulas afirmaba aquéllo de “Cómo decíamos ayer…”, regreso descansado a la disciplina del blog para comprobar que siguen los tijeretazos y Decretazos, estratégicamente dosificados, siendo ilustrativo que ayer, 31 de Agosto se publicó a las 17,30 el acuerdo adoptado horas antes por el Consejo de Ministros, BOE que se anticipa a la habitual… [read post]
