 Now all that remains is to get insulation blown into the attic, since all this HVAC stuff makes no sense if you have a poorly insulated attic, which I do, having done that myself  a dozen years ago after I had to pull out the insulation the house came with, because the rats I set traps for in the attic turned out to be, in fact, skunks.
