I could not help but think while reading the first 40 or so pages of the opinion — in which the relationship sours, and so the majority owners, Jim and Craig, start looking for ways to minimize eBay's present and future influence and/or encourage them to sell — that the case was very specific to these particular facts, because it revolved around the measures eBay took to protect itself via the shareholder agreement when it bought that minority ownership.
