The Pennsylvania Superior Court affirmed the granting of a motion to compel the production of a memorandum prepared by counsel for the defendant that was shared with an outside public relations firm.The court found that the attorney-client privilege for that memorandum was waived when the client shared the Memorandum with the outside public relations firm.
