Do something against the rules and one gets penalized.There are lots of ways to run afoul of the rules and consequently lots of ways to get penalized.Sort of like that beaten dog - rather than looking for a way to make the master happy, the beaten dog is always trying NOT to do something to make the master mad.Dr. [read post]
