 It's hard to tell, but it seems that the criminal and disciplinary complaints were privately lodged, and I haven't seen indications that a state DA or state bar prosecutor has decided to proceed with anything.Is yelling the "c-word" during a non-lawyer event proper grounds for professional discipline?
