Doug LaMalfa, received this letter: I tried to figure out the backstory behind the letter, which seems to have been prompted by contacts from Joshua Brown, the 13-year-old son of Robert and Lillian Brown; but I couldn’t get enough details on the record other than to say that (1) Joshua had indeed contacted office staff often, and (2) there’s a dispute about some of the details of the contacts.
