An injunction was applied for but again was rejected.At the Supreme Court level there has only been one case of Zacchini v Scripps- Howard Broadcasting Company, otherwise known as the Human Cannonball case where the defendants broadcast the entirety of a 15 second clip of a guy shooting himself out of a canon.
