Given the reputation behind this book and its publisher, I, too, was initially fooled by it, until I realized that the author didn’t cite that many appellate court decisions and that he was frequently "supporting" major substantive conclusions with nothing more than references to District Court opinions from 10, 20 sometimes 30 years ago.
