We're sure there are many other similar examples of legal foreseeability limiting factual foreseeability, because if there weren't, Conte wouldn't be such a big deal.Hamilton and Gourdine are two cases holding that legal foreseeability is not the same, and is more limited than, factual foreseeability.Conte goes all the way in the opposite direction.
