TT posted this morning disagreeing with Dennis' thesis (I'm not sure whether he'd seen mine when he posted, but I'm guessing he had) and I had a couple of followup points.Weinstein & transfersFirst, I agree with TT that the Weinstein decision really isn't relevant to the issue of transfers in patent cases, for the reasons I pointed out yesterday (but it isn't a products case).
