This piece of legislation was enacted to protect you from this type of situation.The law basically says that if a company signs a contract with you, outside of their normal place of business, and it is worth more the $50, then you as a consumer have an automatic 10 day "cooling off period".   JB told TM to stop because it was 'gay.'  According to JB, (1) TM did not take 'no' for an answer; (2) TM responded that it was 'cool' and that if JB did the 'cool' thing, JB could play with the Gameboy; and (3) at some point, TM told JB that he [TM] would put his 'balls' up JB's 'butt' if JB did not do as TM asked.
