  Following R (on the application of E) v Bristol City Council [2005] EWHC 74 (Admin), the decision to use two professionals who came afresh to the claimant’s case but had access to all the hospital notes and medical staff was reasonable and a proper exercise of judgment of what was in claimant’s best interests.
