   Perhaps the most familiar name among the four is Andre Jolivet, whose music has travelled a bit, and of course Henri Tomasi's Trumpet Concerto is so popular among virtuoso exponents of that instrument that I've actually heard a live performance (by Philip Smith at the NY Philharmonic years ago), but Robert Planel and Alfred Desenclos are not household names --- at least not in the Leonard household!
