In Libya news, Tunisia is set to extradite former minister Al-Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmoudi to Libya in the coming weeks and the former chief of intelligence Abdullah al-Senussi is set to be tried in Mauritania for illegally entering the country; a trial in Mauritania will delay attempts to prosecute him for international crimes, either before the ICC or in Libya.
