 Of course, given the Phils' sad collection of a now-mediocre core of aging stars (Ryan Howard, Chase Utley and Carlos Ruiz), and members of the sub-par youth movement (Cody Asche, Ben Revere and Dominic Brown), I am not sure anyone is well-suited to be at the helm of this hodgepodge of a team.Still, I think, a manager who is willing to play aggressively with a lot of base stealing, hit and runs, creative use of the bullpen is in order now.
