 As I’ve written before, the deck is stacked against innocent people injured by these drugs and medical devices: it’s almost impossible to sue pharmaceutical companies for anything other than inadequate warnings on their labels (a claim that is itself in peril), and it’s virtually impossible to sue implant and medical device manufacturers for anything other than violating FDA regulations.
