When the 90-day review contemplated by the executive order runs its course in September, does the president leave well enough alone (which might moot the case before the Supreme Court hears argument), or does he issue another executive order seeking to extend the “temporary pause” on entry from the six designated countries, which would certainly give the justices something to decide?
