It is difficult to disagree with the premises of the Court’s judgment namely that it there is in personam jurisdiction to make worldwide orders against Google (for the English position see eg Re J [2013] EWHC 2694 (Fam) [44] to [56]) and that the Court has power to grant injunctions against non-parties who “facilitate wrongdoing”.
