That is not particularly remarkable or surprising – since the real raison d'être of the Board has historically been and mainly should be about rate setting and number crunching which requires sometimes lots of evidence and which justifies some time and effort – though not the 7 – 9+ years that seems now to have become the new normal for any contested file – or in the case of the Access Copyright post-secondary tariff – even an effectively uncontested… [read post]
