Although it is true that corporations need to draft annual minutes, and it is true that if you ever are audited, or in a law suit, and you don’t have complete minutes, someone COULD “pierce the corporate veil” and hold you personally liable, the minutes that anyone could create with the information Corporate Compliance Center asks for wouldn’t do a whole lot to help maintain the legal separation between corporation and individual.
