Within a month or two, a federal court decided that the Georgia decision was all wet and went along with what had previously been unanimous precedent in favor of vaccine preemption.Then the Georgia Supreme Court accepted an appeal.And only recently, a judge in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, a court that's often no friend of preemption, also held that the Vaccine Act was preemptive in the same circumstances.
