The Judge struck out the possession claim on that basis, but granted permission to appeal.The issue was that there can be no prescribed form or manner of requesting a review, as per Sullivan J (as he then) in R (on the application of Chalfat) v London Borough of Tower Hamlets [2006] EWHC 313 (Admin) at [16].
