The point is that what the board may do and why was "heard" - though frankly to me the rumored action doesn't make sense.The easiest way to diffuse criticism and instill trust is to admit to short comings and communicate when error occurs.In the past the board would not communicate with the press (or at least not WorkCompCentral), which stems from some critical reporting a couple of years ago.I sense that perhaps this reticence is slowly lifting.
